HAND DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Maxi Saver Group has become the leading marketer in the military commissary by providing packaged goods companies with an unprecedented opportunity to reach their consumers in military commissaries throughout the world. Our Hand Distribution Program does just that. Our reps hand deliver coupons, advertising flyers, and in-store sampling at the base commissary.
APPREARANCE AND CONDUCT CODE
All Representatives must be neat and professional in appearance at all times.
The only mandatory part of your uniform will be a red, Maxi Saver apron that will be provided by Maxi Saver. Recommended clothing to be worn under your apron includes dark pants or skirts (no jeans, jean skirts or shorts) and a white collared shirt or blouse (no T-shirts or tank tops). You should wear appropriate footwear--no sandals, open-toe or recreational shoes. Remember: do not chew gum or smoke while handing out Maxi Saver coupons.
Have a positive attitude about yourself, the program and towards the commissary. Much of the success you have will be due to your attitude.
PROMOTIONAL ITINERARY
Each month you will be responsible for a shipment containing Maxi-Saver coupons, Brand Saver coupons, and Money Savers that have arrived at your home. You will need to pass out one of each to every commissary patron or family. You are required to distribute an average of 5 days per month.
